2025 Summer Picnic and AGM
The association Picnic was a great success with over 100 people attending. A big thanks to Marie France and Desmond for hosting. Earlier that day we had the AGM where a new executive was elected. You can find the 2025 AGM draft minutes here.
August Water Tests: Phosphorus and E. Coli
Water tests were conducted in mid- August. All lakes had good results for Phosphorus and E. Coli. Keep up the good practices to keep our lakes clean. Thanks Walter for getting this testing done. The detailed results can be found on the Environment page
Water test for swimming results for July
Water tests were conducted in mid- July. All lakes had results of 5 or less for E. Coli which is excellent given the max is 200. Keep up the good practices to keep our lakes clean. Thanks Walter for getting this testing done. The detail results can be found on the Environment page
June Water Test Result

Black Bear Sightings
Notice from the BBR Lake Association Security Committee: Cottagers have reported instance of black bear sightings in the area of our lakes.
