New Annual Membership Period

The current period for annual membership and road maintenance* fees is from 1^st July to 30 June.  Effective 1^st January 2020, our annual membership and road maintenance* fees will be on a calendar based period from 1^st January to 31 December.  Accordingly, there will be a transition period from 1^st July 2019 to 31 December 2019 for which members will be requested to pay  50% of the annual membership ($25) and road maintenance* ($20) fees. 

For those members who have not yet payed their annual membership fees and road maintenance* fees for the current period, which is from 1^st July 2018 to 30 June 2019, they will be requested to pay:

• their full annual membership ($50) and road maintenance* ($40) fees for the current period from 1^st July 2018 to 30 June 2019, plus;
• 50% of their membership ($25) and road maintenance* ($20) fees to cover the transition period from 1^st July 2019 to 31 December 2019.

* The $40.00 road maintenance fee does not apply to the following municipal roads, Lionel-Beausoleil , Ruthledge Lake road and Gérard Joanisse. If you have any questions whether the $40.00 road fee applies to your cottage please feel free to contact one of the executive members.

For any information about how to pay your membership fees, click the « MEMBERSHIP » tab on this page. There will be an opportunity to pay fees at the annual general meeting. A specific area will be set-up at the meeting for collection and at this time a receipt of payment will be issued. If payment is received prior to the AGM your receipt will be given to you on the day of the annual general meeting.
