2021 AGM and Pic-Nic…Reserve your place

WHEN: Mark August 21st on your calendar, Annual General Assembly (AGM) will start at 1 pm and The Pic-Nic starts at 5 pm.

How: Due to Covid restrictions on outdoor gatherings we ask members to register in advance to participate. Outdoor Gathering limits applicable (Currently 50) will be applied. Register in advance the number of people who will attend, by emailing the secretary (melissa.aitken@gmail.com). Despite Covid, the association has been active. please join the executive team to learn more and to elect your executive team for a 2 year mandate. We ask you bring your own chairs and to Eliminate any “Shared Eating” at the Pic-Nic, the Association will provide Food as corn roast, italian sausages and chicken wings or something similar so there is no shared condiments etc.

Where: Gilles Morin’s cottage: 9429 Chemin du lac des Loups also accessible by the 9431 Chemin du lac des Loups entrance. Look for the signs.
